If you secure a space online, you will not have access to the space until you visit a Rainbow Self Storage office during regular business hours. Please check the office hours before you secure a space online and please show up at least 30 minutes prior to the office closing time.
In order to rent you will need a current (not expired) hard copy of a government issued (United States) ID. Valid Identification types are US Passport, US Passport card, State Drivers License, or State ID card. You also need a valid Social Security number.
If you wish to secure a storage space and have access today, please use the kiosk at one of our office locations. The Kiosk will give you a space number and a gate access code for immediate access.Absolutely no cancellations! If you rent a space the first months rent is non-refundable.
ANY Vehicle, recreational vehicle, watercraft, or otherwise needs to be approved prior to renting a space. DO NOT RENT WITHOUT APPROVAL of these items.
The G Street location in Arcata will not accommodate large moving trucks.
If you do not see any storage spaces listed, it is because there aren’t any available. Please call us directly and we can put you on a waiting list.
