YOU MUST "CREATE ACCOUNT" BEFORE YOU CAN LOG IN TO YOUR UNIT PAYMENT SCREEN.

Create an account using the email you have on file with us. If you do not have an email on file with us, or if your email is different, we will send you a letter to sign, in order to legally accept the new email address. You can log in immediately using your new information, and we will send out the form at a later date. If the form is not signed, your email will be either reverted to the old email we have on file, or removed if you had no email on file with us.

SPACE NUMBER: Your space number will be as follows: Arcata spaces include "A" (example A4224). McKinleyville spaces include "M" (example M1101). Eureka spaces include "P" (example P1819). Indianola spacess include "P0"(Note that this is a ZERO, and NOT the letter o. Example P0102: P zero one zero two).
