If you secure a space online, you will not have access to the space until you visit a Rainbow Self Storage office. Hours of operation to complete paperwork are as follows. EUREKA-Monday through Saturday 10AM-4:30PM. ARCATA-OFFICE IS CLOSED. MCKINLEYVILLE-Monday through Friday 10AM-4:30PM.
In order to rent you will need a current (not expired) hard copy of a government issued (United States) ID. Valid Identification types are US Passport, US Passport card, State Drivers License, or State ID card. You also need a valid Social Security number.
If you are a previous tenant of RSS and have an outstanding amount due, keep in mind that by securing a space, when you sign the Rental agreement, all past due amounts become immediately due and payable at that time.
If you are a previous tenant of RSS and your Rental Agreement was terminated by RSS, do not secure a space without prior approval from a RSS manager. Please contact a manager during normal office hours at 707-443-1451. (no text or email).
Absolutely no cancellations! If you rent a space the first months rent is non-refundable.
ANY Vehicle, recreational vehicle, watercraft, or otherwise needs to be approved prior to renting a space. DO NOT RENT WITHOUT APPROVAL of these items.
The G Street location in Arcata will not accommodate large moving trucks.
If you do not see any storage spaces listed, it is because there aren’t any available. Please call us directly and we can put you on a waiting list.
